1. Railroad capital of America — More Class I railroad traffic passes through Chicago than any other city. BNSF and UP intermodal yards in Joliet, Elwood, and Channahon handle massive container volumes, directly supporting Amazon's supply chain.

2. I-80/I-55/I-57 convergence — The south Chicagoland logistics corridor (Joliet, Channahon, Romeoville) sits at the junction of multiple interstates, enabling rapid east-west and north-south distribution.
